OLD RULES AND GUIDELINES
We pride ourselves on fair racing, trading Paint and "closing the door" are ok but we try not to knock the other player off the track. At the starts, in social racing, in games like MTM2 where it is not an option to turn off collision, please give a second for the truck in front of you to get going. Sometimes the games do not sync right away, if you hit the truck in front of you, you will most likely send him/her flying off the track.
Don't be afraid to stop and let the other racers catch-up, especially if someone gets knocked out at the start. It's more enjoyable to run together, with a few trucks, if you are racing 15mins by yourself you could have just raced offline and missed all the fun.
We are all very competitive and want to win. Remember THIS IS JUST A GAME!!!! If you win you don't get any money, no trophies, no nothing. So don't be a sore loser!!
In a tournament situation however, go go go, get out there and do your best, win or lose its all fun. Just be sure to race fair and clean.
All team members are expected to follow the racers code of conduct when gaming in any community or in any special tournament event. You must also abide by the rules set out for those tournaments.
Please don't give our team a bad name !!!!
Remember that there are young kids that play this game too.
NO double teaming.
As mentioned elsewhere We run a democracy here at Team Old, everything is decided in voting. All members are encouraged to vote and have their say on team issues. You have the right to abstain from voting if you so wish. The Revival Team will bring to finalisation any issues that, after a reasonable amount of time, are not ended.
Most importantly, Have Fun, and be a: "Proud Respected Member of Team OLD"! You are encouraged to register on the forum and meet your fellow OLDs.
Team Old is a great bunch of guys (& few gals). If you have any questions about MTM or any games you see them in, feel free to say hello and ask, any of them will help you. The majority of us are 30 or over.
We have a great time, everyone is highly competitive so expect some great action!
